Looks great. I will also take my chances at least from the start with searing. How about salt and pepper (some exclude that as well)? And eating with their fingers and eat it cold is tips to eat less I also red. But now it seems that one is should reduce the meals to be as little interesting as possible, but that might be some Carnivore thing? To make eating “fueling up on energy” not entertainment.

I did some research on Heterocyclic amines awhile back knowing that the whole theory sounded preposterous, and I found a page dissecting it and the amount of heterocyclic amines it took to cause cancer in the animal test subject was over 10,000x the amount of found on a steak burnt to a crisp (or something like that)
Ill look a little more for it and correct my post if I find it
