Hi guys. I’ve been on a 6 month break from keto. It wasn’t fully intentional , but happened. I gained back 5kg in that time , so not terrible. I have that 5kg and a further 3kg to lose to a new goal weight. My journey was strongly weight related followed by good health and mental health , so I do like to hit a number on the scale even though I’m suppose to throw them out the window. This forum helped me a lot my first keto journey and taught me a lot , so I thought I would give it a shout out , for the support it gives me. I look forward to having a good read , I remember lots of you , so I will catch up on the news. Cheers.

Looks like you know the drill. It’s great to be so close to body and gravity goals. I reckon the mental health benefits and physiological benefits will lock in quickly.
