Retatrutide+keto - extremely potent combo

#1

i’m not a fan of GLP1’s in general. semaglutide is poison IMHO. but retatrutide is as bit different. the appetite suppression is weaker but the metabolic boost is legit. it nukes you straight into keto if you currently are not. i’ve been back on keto cycles (i do 1month cycles and then add fruit/honey mostly) and with the reta i avg 2.8lb weight loss/week. that is mostly fat not muscles. i’m also on TRT and with an adjusted diet reta is muscle sparing vs sema. I also noticed a huge energy boost even in keto. despite a large deficit I feel warm most of the day. not going into details since everyone can figure that out with AI those days, but I think reta is a legit ‘cheat’ if you want to speed up weight loss, preserve muscle, and get a nice metabolic boost till you reach your weight goal.

Interesting. Thanks for the perspective.

Still might not be the thing one wants to take. It has shown itself to alter LDL Retatrutide, Part 2: Examining The Scientific Evidence, Health Benefits, Optimal Dosage, Side Effects, & More | Jay Campbell

Whoa, that’s a long one. Might take a while to read.

Still in clinical trials, not available until 2026 or 2027.How are you able to access it?

I personally do not want to be the one to try the newest medication.

Peptides get a bad rap IMO. I think they can be very helpful to people that have major hormone issues(ex. PCOS) to get things going. And I don’t like the thought that they are cheating. You still need to put in the work with diet and exercise and change your lifestyle. I personally haven’t used any peptides yet but I have researched them and I am thinking about jumping in. The one I have on order is Epitalon. Any of the peptides are available to all of us. They just label them for “research”.
BTW, NAD+ IVs are a game changer. They aren’t cheap but I highly recommend. Talk about helping to reset and repair damaged metabolism. GAME CHANGER!

definitely, i went through some of them, and some are useless. my couple which I do recommend and they do work is bpc157/tb500, melatonan 2, ghk-cu, apart from retatrutide

Ohhhh be careful with MT2, I ran that a handful of times and had no issues, then it got me, 5 BLACK moles right on my damn face! Luckily I stopped and in a couple weeks they were gone. Now I use MT1, tanning is less/slower, but also has some fat less benefits. GHK-Cu is amazing though. I run HGH (real HGH) a handful of times every year, but when it comes to skin specifically, I dunno, GHK-Cu may beat it!

I have no side effects with mt2 but I get dark too quickly. My tan is just crazy. So I can only use it in the winter here and there. Also running GH, that’s probably the best one for general wellbeing. Feel just good on it. Pairs well with reta, since GH raises glucose reta lowers it. Even on keto I get a 10 point bump from GH but reta seems to nuke glucose down since it forces your liver to dump glycogen. In keto that is simply increased fat oxidation

I’ve been on Reta 3 weeks, I was told you can’t use it being KETO, I’ve been KETO since 2018 and always will be. I have had no problems with the KETO diet and being on Reta. I am going to the gym 3 times a week hit my protein amounts every day. The Reta has been a life saver for me, the energy I get from the glucagon ATP conversion is amazing. I have a medical condition that was zapping my energy and this corrected that.

100%. you can do keto and reta. what i learned that you need to be in ketosis ideally, or alternatively you go really high carb/low fat. middle ground is the worst, i got hypoglycemia on reta. good luck with the journey. i am back on 2x500mcg/week paired with 2x1mg tirzepatide. higher reta revves me up too much but the little kick is amazing
