Don’t know where else to put this. Flying in for a few days and want to know if anyone has some tips about where to eat. Will head up to Napa and Sonoma later this weekend, so I’m really looking for lunch/dinner when we land tomorrow. Thanks!

No tips for SF/Oakland but you’ll have no trouble in Napa and Sonoma. Great food here! I rarely have an issue eating out here as restaurants have good choices and are very accommodating.
If you’re up for a high end meal in Sonoma I highly recommend The Girl and the Fig. A less expensive alternative is Mary’s Pizza–they have 2 “protein plates” which are delicious. But just about any place around will work with you.
