the family and I went to see Logan last night, we decided to go to Ihop after, only place that was open at 930 - 10pm, so we went, ordering food there isnt very easy… they put pancake batter into their eggs for omelets… so we had to order special, have them use eggs and not the mix… just goes to show that going out to eat is more of a hassle than going home to eat…
At IHOP, I’d order…a cab.

Yeah, I’d go for the Cowboy steak and tell them to substitute a house salad with oil and vinegar for the taters and radicchio. Don’t forget to request extra butter. Good luck.
yes, steak and salad is safe. with butter. You could also scrape toppings off a pizza
it was an old school go to for us, they are the best place if you want to feel bad about yourself… I guess it’s part of the process of moving on from the old guard and creating new places…

The entrees at the bottom seem like the best, like the salmon dish. The other chicken, branzino (fish) and steak dishes look good, too. Just gave them replace the starchy stuff with veg (shown in the contorno list).
I always suggest avoiding burgers - I’m always disappointed by how little meat there is…whereas with meats that aren’t hidden in bread the serving size is usually better. Restaurant burgers seem to really be about the bun and toppings… now I want to know what you ended up ordering!
The burger no bun and the Caesar salad as s side, no croutons.
I pulled the onions off the burger as they tasted sweet… I’m wondering if the remoulade had sugar as I have intense cravings this morning!!

I snuck in some smoked cheese curds, pepperoni and a zero carb Monster energy drink.
I sometimes go a Caesar salad with chicken - hold the croutons or garlic prawns without the rice.
I was wondering if monster energy drinks (the zero calorie ones) messes up the ketsosis? I have cut all sugars from my diet and dont need any sweet drinks or food, except that i am somewhat addicted to the zero cal monsters.
I love sugar free monster and Red Bull. It does not have a negative effect on my keto. I’ve read that sugar substitutes can impact people differently. Trial and test may be the way to go. I used to drink 2-3 a day but now I’m down to 2-3 a week. Just love the taste!
