Restart with bang

I have been on/off from keto diet since last two months and have gained good 3-4 pounds. I am planning to reboot and restart again from tomorrow(today is my bday). Any best advice to start the diet with bang so I stay motivated and lead to my goal weight. I am 25 pounds away from my goal weight. Thanks :pray: I’m advance!!

Happy Birthday! If I was you (since your profile says you have lost 75 pounds) and you are wanting to get back to proper on track with Keto, to lose the 25 pounds you have to go… I would start off with a fast to get back into Ketosis first… then your 20 max carb, no sugar, high protein/high fat, min 64 ounces of water routine…

or just do that, if you don’t want to do the Fast first =). Good luck getting back on track and getting rid of that last 25 pounds and then maintaining!

A good steak, a couple of eggs and some scallops is pretty good for motivating me. Treat yourself and happy birthday.

Thanks all! So I tried fasting yesterday but could not end of day I ate keto food under 20g carb. Morning today lost 2 pounds. Feeling great :+1:
