I have garnered a lot of interest from my Indian co-workers. I am hearing stories about their parents suffering from Diabetes, and they have a lot of interest in how I have been dropping the weight. Are there better resources for non-english speakers out there that I can point these co-workers to? I will have to say another thing, these co-workers are showing much more interest in my WOE than the American born co-workers. Thanks!

Indians, or many, are largely vegetarians. I know they eat a lot of rice though. Is it the move to a more western diet that is causing the diabetes now, do you think?
