Yes, it’s good to revisit this from time to time.
I have been on keto for fourteen months. Although I have only cheated once during that time in spite of the holidays, birthdays, eating out, etc., (due to a wedding), I find I have gotten a little looser with the carbs (veggies only), and with the portion size of these. I should really measure if I wanted to get down to my goal weight (still have 25 lbs. I would like to lose). Not gaining so it’s okay for now.

He says not to worry about calories. And I had to hear it again- that the labels on prefab foods that swear to contain zero carbs are LIARS.
