Remarkable glucose readings

I have been consuming 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds in one cup of unsweetened almond milk for the past 8 weeks. My blood readings have been consistently 70 to 75. I ran out on Friday and forgot to get more. Saturday blood 84, Sunday 98, Monday 94.

Today I had my Chia. Blood? 70 and then 74 this evening.

It clearly works for me!

I’ve been getting similar readings lately and I don’t have any chia seeds or almond milk. Maybe it’s just keto working it’s magic.

Yes, but doesn’t explain the rise when not eating them. I’ve become quite boring with food. I eat basically the same stuff and the same size portions. It has taken me many years, but I am finally eating to live, and not living to eat!
