Regular low-level grogginess

(Mark H) #1

Being keto for seven months now and seeing Gerald Pollock talking about EZ water and how we might get energy from light makes me wonder whether Breatharianism might actually be a thing

During this time I’ve lost around 15kg and seem to have completely stabilised at a comfortable 72kg and am just so rarely hungry. Indeed, many times I serve myself a very modest portion of food and stare at it thinking, really? I’m going to eat all that. It’s actually quite hard to eat sometimes but i know when I should so i do but there is a sort of low level queasiness that is there to put me off a lot of the time. Is that common? I do take supps (Mg, D3, maleforte multi, electrolytes) plus iodine and kefir…

TIA, Mark
