Have anyone experienced breakouts after starting Keto? I had very bad red acne in my face .plz help ???
my foods include:
-Ground beef 70/30
-Kiri Processed cheese [4 portions]
-8-15 Eggs per day
-Some nuts here and there

Processed cheese (whey)? Maybe it is a high insulin/glycemic food? Could be causing long duration insulin spikes and thus the acne breakout? Maybe switch to naturally aged cheeses?
Fat soluble form of vitamin A like from organic grass fed butter might help with the acne breakouts?

@Abdelilah_Karroumi, i am having a red cluster on my jawline. I wouldnt call it acne, its smooth to the touch, just suddenly red and splotchy. Ive been doing this since January and have only recently noticed it…i also noticed my skin is much much dryer, so i began using a moisturizer with extra vitamin a, splotches seem to be fading. I will give it a couple more weeks before i bring it up to my Dr.
I found this thread where a woman had the same problem. She gave up dairy and 10 days later her face cleared up.
