Recommendation on Keto apps

#1

So I just started Keto this week and looked over a bunch of apps for my android device and started using this one

I find it pretty useful for recipes, keeping track of my intake and looking stuff up

Would you have any other recommended apps you would considered better I should try out?

Thanks

I like Cronometer a whole lot. Stay away from the minefield of incorrect information that is My Fitness Pal.

I use carb manager…

Tried it but I don’t like the fact it isn’t showing your remaining calories, protein etc only carbs

I’ve used both my fitness pal and cronometer. They both work well enough. I think I preferred cronometer slightly when I tracked. I honestly don’t track my food anymore as I just don’t eat much besides meat and butter most days… If I do add veggies they aren’t going over the 20g :slightly_smiling_face: I found tracking to be tedious and I didn’t enjoy it after I adapted to eating keto. however it was helpful in the beginning transition stages.

Stupid simple keto is what I used at the beginning. It had just what I wanted without any other stuff.

I use MyNetDiary, it’s not mentioned very often here but I have the paid version and I love it, it’s a bit pricey at $49 for the year but I find it really useful, except for when I am fasting lol.

Cronometer Junkie here too. Great for monitoring weight, ketones, blood sugars. If you map them from the beginning you can generate interesting charts like these.
