Those people just dont understand! Most of the side effects they experienced could have either been avoided or not as severe. If they “read” anything that involved their unpleasant effects, there is also cautions listed as with starting off slow with added fats and oils, the keto flu, headaches, etc.
It’s almost a parody. (Especially the “this all came from Redditt” part). It was that idiot’s own fault if he “overdid” the potassium. Can’t people think for themselves? There are stupid people on every diet. But we don’t see too many “scare” articles on the vegan lifestyle. These amateur journalists just seem to be out to get keto. One could only hope that, a minimum, the author would have some understanding of the diet.
“Keto for a day?” I’m supposed to take a comment like that seriously? That’s like taking a day trip to the moon and back… in your car. It just doesn’t happen that way.

I say every last one of us email that moron and call her credibility out to play! While there is never a shortage of anti keto crap floating around… there’s limits!
Or better yet, encourage well formulated keto diet over 6, months so that she can benefit from the nsv gains.
