Really nothing new here

Really nothing new here except that I have fallen victim to carb creep, half assed keto, denial and major slip. My cravings are bad bad bad. I have purchased eggs, bacon, avocados and olives to try and fat fast myself back into ketosis. I think I was feeling too good and just let my guard down. Clothes were fitting real nice. Good energy level. Skin clearing nicely from rosacea. GI tract good. Ok how about a bite of this. It won’t hurt. This may sound redundant but I have not said much on the forum so I’m going for it. #banging my head against the wall!

I’m just posting to say “be kind to yourself”. Stiff like this just happens. In 6 months time it will be history.

Don’t let it bother you anymore. Forget it and move on.

And eat butter :slightly_smiling_face:

This was me a couple of weeks ago. Did a fat fast last week. Tried to keep it under 1000 per day but did not always succeed and one day ate over 1600 but did manage to moderate carbs and protein. Was hungry for the first 3 days and by Friday skipped dinner because I could not be bothered to go eat it
