Realistic?

So ive been lc for a year and keto for about 2 months…half way to my goal. Is it realistic of me to be super strict on my macros and my 18 6 fast to think i can lose 10lbs this month? Should i try to incorporate exercise? Sw245 cw 197 gw 150

From my experience (and I emphasize MY experience, we are not all the same), I don’t put any expectation greater than one pound per week loss. If I achieve more than that, great…that’s just gravy. But, typically I don’t see more than one pound per week.

Don’t mean to be a downer but there’s no formula that says how much weight you’ll lose and how fast – not for different individuals and not even for one individual from week to week. Some people have some periods in which they lose at that rate but most people don’t lose at that rate most of the time.

Yea i get it…i usually set my goal a little higher than i should. Fingers crossed for 1lb a week.
