Reaching your ideal fat intake!?!

You don’t have a fat goal that you must hit, we’re in ketosis because we don’t eat enough carbs to power ourselves with them, not because of the fat we eat. Eat enough good fats, but don’t over think it.

You should eating this for 1662 calories, which is reasonable for your weight.

Exactly what Mark said. I count nothing. I just keep my carbs way down to around 20 GM’s per day. I do eat a LOT of fat. But I never counted it.
I lost the 45 lbs or so that I wanted to in the first couple months of doing Keto. Now I’m going on 6 months at my new weight without hardly thinking about it. Keto is the easiest way I’ve ever eaten.
Can’t imagine ever going back to all the carbage I used to survive on.

I tend to always have dinner and then a meal pre dinner somewhere between 1 pm and 4 pm which may just be something like pork rinds (scratchings in the UK) or some ham and cheese, maybe eggs and bacon. So its kind of a half meal or “snack” but nothing else. Or some days just eat one meal (but big meals… no skimping ).

Fat is a lever, not a goal.
