Hello and happy Summer!
I honestly can’t remember what knocked me off the schedule of my eating habits last year. Was it Halloween or a pizza party at work? Was it a co worker speaking up a bit too much for me to feel confident anymore that I just became compliant with the mainstream.
Meanwhile, in my email, I kept receiving updated information on your days here in the ketogenic forums.
Last week, I came home with no particular decision, but a mindless change in my grocery bags.
Without a burden of effort, since last Friday, I have been reducing my carbohydrates, lengthening time between light meals of salads, bacon and eggs, and today, for the first time in months, I feel I have a normal amount of energy.
