RE: Help before blood work

(Cristian Lopez) #1

Hello so Im getting my first blood test soon,I do keto because I happen too cocentrate better while on it,run better fat fueled, and the health and mental benifits. Now my doc doesnt know at all im doing this diet, that being said im trying too build muscle mass on this diet so I dont count calories and eat till im satiated cause im still a growing young man (hoping to grow taller). Now this being said here are my questions> I have a bad feeling my cholesterol is gonna look a bit different if you know what I mean, I eat alot of fatty meat, dairy, olive oil, coco nut milk fat, you name it and leafy greens, In the case that I want to prevent bad cholesterol readings? should I up my daily 5 mile training session to 6 or 7 if that by any chance can reduce my cholesterol? and what meal should I eat the night before and or the morning of my blood test? should I take my “one a day” the same morning of the blood test? just simply what is the best thing I can do too have average healthy boy blood readings? I really dont think he will care about the ketone readings as people my age especially runners with high metabolisms can enter ketosis in a matter of hours.
