Grass fed (only) beef tallow and suet stocked in my freezer!

I have an endless supply and feel like I am the last person on earth when I go to our local farm butcher shop all packaged in white paper, hundreds of them and dirt cheap unprocessed all natural! (peeps are afraid of it!) My utopia may be shattered once the truth is figured out?

The Truth is Out Their!

Believe. Trust no one…

That’s a large size cream! I’ve only seen 8 oz. here. I do go through quite a bit.

I keep in my Car as well

Wild Planet Sardines
Pork Rinds
Pink Salt

Oh…And some sugar free trident gum for the above fire :fire: dragon breath

I just have regular foods stocked.
5 lb chubs of Kroger 73/27 ground beef, frozen in 1/2lb portions. 1 portion a day.
2-3 packs Applegate sugar bacon. 1-2 slices a day.
4 18 pack cartons of eggs. I eat a minimum 6 a day. Some days it’s up to 9.
2-4 packs of grass fed (Greenfields or Kerrygold) butter. Depending on the day, 0-4 tbls.
Pecans and macadamia nuts. 1-4 28g servings a day.
2 12 packs sparkling water. 2-3 a day.

Big box stores like Sam’s or GFS have them here. I just got a quart for $4.99.

Am I fasting for six days? AM I?

I use our freezer more than the pantry, TBH.

The fridge/freezer is always well stocked with:

bacon
steak
eggs
chicken sausages
chicken thighs
salami
spam
cheeses (incl cream cheese, parmiagiana, mozzarella, brie, masadam, and a few others)
butter
cream
sour cream
ghee (this is where most of the butter ends up)
cauliflower
a few veges
electrolyte drink

There’s more, but those are the staples, I think.

Like Juice, most of my keto stuff is in the fridge or freezer… Ribeyes, beef ribs, chicken wings, pork steaks, salmon, flounder, broccoli, brussels, cauliflower, avocados, romaine, iceburg lettuces, spinach, cheddar cheese, boursin cheese, sunflower seeds, macadamian nuts, heavy cream, coconut oil, eggs, anchovies and a half head of cabbage.

I can go a whole week on 4 steaks, 4 avocados and 4 cups of veg. Saves a ton of grocery money when you are fasting and doing OMAD.

You’re going to be AMAZED at what you can do when you get a fridge!

What is a fridge?

(Doug) #16

Refrigerator.

(Katie the Quiche Scoffing Stick Ninja ) #17

Lol, I was being sarcastic, I’m well aware of what a fridge is :stuck_out_tongue:

(Doug) #18

Got me again.
