HELP PLEASE! I’ve been keto for 2 weeks, but LCHF Paleo For 2 years. 3 day’s of keto eating and I have a RASH that hurts. It’s spreading and I’m scared. I don’t want to up my carbs because I want to become fat adapted. I’ve tried coconut oil, tea tree oil, and cortisone but none have helped. Should I just let it be and not worry about it hoping it will go away? Any suggestions other than upping my carbs?

The risk of getting a keto rash doesn’t bother me.
But losing your face and nipples is really scary.

What about a cool shower and coat your body with moisturizer chilled in the fridge ?

Just for others experiencing Keto Rash: I increased my calorie intake (NOT carb intake) and the rash went away. I’ve noticed I need more calories on a ketogenic diet.
