Electrolytes most likely. Are you checking your intake?

I’m suffering the same…to the tune of being ready to quit keto. It landed me in the hospital. The palpitations are no joke. I take electrolytes but that’s not working either. :woman_shrugging:

Home-made bone broth will give you not only salt, but magnesium and potassium from the marrow. You can also search for Keto-ade on the Food forum, for a different type of electrolyte drink.

New in here and would like to say…
having experienced palpitations at times prior to and at times during.
Try regular magnesium supps for a few days and see if symptoms decrease.
Lack of quality sleep can affect you as can anxiety. Circadian cycle.
Look up Jack Kruse and consider reduction of blue lights, looking at the morning light outside helps you to sleep and consider your own environment. He says to cover your throat as the blue light coming off your laptop can affect how your thryoid/ parathyroid works…?
Lack of B12 could be a factor even though you are eating meat ( some people lack the enzyme to absorb the B12 and lots of people have B 12 injections instead )
I find taking some atomodine drops ( iodine ) ( I do not do this long term ) in water can get my heart to settle OR get onto some Atlantic Sea Kelp powder and see if that can settle it. Also, taking Hawthorn Berry is beneficial for the heart and cardiovascular system.
Something else that might help you is to learn Wim Hof’s breathing technique ( good to combine with a body that is adjusting to a new fuel source / might as well go the whole hog ) - it can help your chemistry… Sorry you are experiencing this as it is really not pleasant.
