I’m sure not going back to Doritos, potatoes, pasta, junk. Maybe once a year Mexican food! Amazing how people criticize the keto WOE. I am eating so much healthier than I ever was before. And healthier than most of the critics. I’m 60 and have a waistline again, for the first time since menopause, and without hormones. People have known this for a while, but it got silenced for years. My grandmother (who would now be 120 if she had been strict Keto :rofl::rofl: ) used to mention that “Mrs. So and So down the street is overweight and has diabetes because she eats sugar and starches.” Not in a shaming way, just stating what used to be CW in the 60’s. No margarine in our house when I was a kid.
