Quick: What do magnesium, internal tremors, keto&carni have in common?

Okay… here’s an outlier for you. For many years I would awaken every morning to what felt like internal vibrations in my upper torso and arms. Tiny nerves twitching mlightly but persistently and quite fast. It would take ten minutes for them to subside and I would then get up and start my day.
I googled and found others with identical issues, but no answers. (It’s not “essential tremors’. (maybe distant cousins…? I dunno.) And my doc had no answers.

Now, like so many things (age spots, inflamed knees/hips) those constant issues just stopped and I didn’t even notice. I had a very very slight one a couple of weeks ago and it was when I had stopped magnesium. I now take it again for various reasons. Might be a coincidence.

I am 99% convinced this has come about from keto turned Carnivoor. Started keto 20 months ago, have been Carni for several months now. My gut tells me they stopped during my keto phase and stayed gone through carni. I was on magnesium throughout.

Maybe this is not to be figured out.
Ya’ll have surprised me before with smart answers for my random and weird questions about various issues.

Any bells going off?
(Or sirens, cuz they’re coming to take me away. Ha ha .)

So, it occurs whether you’re on mag or not? I assume you’ve experimented with different forms and dosages of mag, how about timing?

Do you sense any lightheadedness or different heart rhythms in conjunction with the tremors? Any new exercise regimen or new activity in your life? Any new stress you’re dealing with?

All things being equal, it could just be that you’ve reached one of those stages of healing where you need to change things up because your body is ready for a new protocol. That’s all I’ve got.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure they stopped early on when I was taking ALL ther supplements, because overachiever. then I narrowed it down to a few, but magnesium has been part of my protocol for 99% of the time. I had forgotten it for a while after we moved since it’s in a new spot. Not for long… but I think that’s when I had the one minor reoccurrence.

I don’t plan to stop mag. Just curious if anyone here had THAT particular

My guess would be that it is probably not a coincidence. Muscle cramps can be caused by a magnesium deficiency, so why not this type of tremor, as well?
