I have been good, but I was wondering that if I had gone over my carbs limit, could I work out hard to use that glucose up and therefore hopefully stay in Ketosis?

Don’t be hard on yourself. Saying that your “good” implies that you’re “bad” if you go over an arbitrary limit that you placed on yourself. Our bodies are amazing machines that will take care of business as long as we’re not bombarding it with crap on a daily basis.
A few grams over is not a problem; the body will handle it as part of its normal bookkkeeping. And 3000 calories over is not a problem, either—or not one you can fix, anyway—so either way, there’s no real point in worrying. Just keep calm, and keto on!
