So I have 2 questions:
- If I am considering doing a fast, can I have diet coke? I kknow it has aspartame but wasn’t sure on how that would affect it
- Can I do a fiber cleanse? I lost 10-12 lbs in my first week on keto and I am stuck. I am a month in and I feel like I should be losing some more. I also haven’t been regular in the potty department. It’s either diarrhea or nothing.

When I first read your post, I thought that aspartame was probably okay. But when I researched it and found out that there is 9.4 grams of net carbs in 1 tablespoon, I just about blew my siren.
