Question About Two Processed Food Products

Hi There

Has anyone used the Perfect Keto products? What about the Atkins bread mix? I am so curious about both of these. I don’t need exogenius ketones or feel that I need them, but I do really like the idea of their new collgen protein MCT powder to put into recipes. Has anyone tried this?

Also, what is with this Atkins bread mix? Any good? Can anyone tell what is in it? It advertises as only 2.5 of Carb per slice. If anyone has experience with it, please give me your opinion.

I am on my first tub of PerfectKeto MCT oil in the powder form. LOVE IT. I hate the oily mess of oils on the kitchen counter AND love how much creamier my bulletproof coffee is when mixing. No more oily film in coffee. I am too new into using exogenous ketones (same company) to make a comment on that as of yet…but again Love the MCT powder. I live Canada as well so I pay a little more with exchange and shipping for it BUT so far very happy

Perfect Keto seems like a really good company. They use higher quality products and better manufacturing processes. They don’t cut corners. The issue is, they are expensive! You get what you pay for though. I use their exogenous ketones occasionally when I need an energy boost but it’s too expensive for me to use on a daily basis.

Can’t help you with Atkins but I haven’t heard much good about their products so I tend to stay away.

YES! Thank you for the feedback. I just needed to hear from someone who wanted to use in the same way that I plan…which is coffee and making chocolate keto granola. I am going to go ahead and buy it. Thanks!!! It is pricey though

thanks for the feedback. I am buying it. I have nothing to lose plus I really like the idea of adding the collagen

Just read the bread info, many ingredients that would give me problems. I am gluten sensitive, so I would give that a big miss. I also don’t do MCT oils, too expensive, coconut oil does the same thing. I’d rather spend my money on fine aged cheese and steaks. I do take a collagen supplement from time to time. I think that can be a good thing.

Editing because you said you were buying it, please post back here about your experience with it.

Hi decided against the bread but I am buying the collagen supplement. It is chocolate flavored and can be used in several recipes that I am interested in.

So as for the cost of the MCT powder… Yes it is expensive and I also have to pay for shipping from one country to another. I actually now have stopped buying it because of the cost factor too- my last purchase i was lured in by 20% off but my package got caught at the border between countries and I ended up having to pay an additional customs charge. So SUPER expensive for me. TOO BAD- I love the product-hate the price
