I have been on Keto about 2,5 months now. Things are going slowly, but going
I also do a lot of IF and some longer fasts. Keto does make it easier!
So I have a question about the saturated fat debate. I have been searching for the research disputing it is bad for you. I totally believe we have been lied to, but I would like to point others towards the science, and I would like to read it myself as well. I have been searching in the forum, but I canโt seem to find it!
Could someone please point me in the right direction?
