Question about the science of the Saturated fat debate

Hi Everyone!

Newbe here
I have been on Keto about 2,5 months now. Things are going slowly, but going
I also do a lot of IF and some longer fasts. Keto does make it easier!
So I have a question about the saturated fat debate. I have been searching for the research disputing it is bad for you. I totally believe we have been lied to, but I would like to point others towards the science, and I would like to read it myself as well. I have been searching in the forum, but I canโ€™t seem to find it!
Could someone please point me in the right direction? :see_no_evil:
Thank you! Great forum! :+1:

Nina Teicholz is a science journalist, and author of The Big Fat Surprise - a book that is frequently discussed around here - maybe use the search bar?

Sheโ€™s done lots of talks that are on youtube - Teicholz is a strong advocate for nutrition policy based on rigorous science, ie, low-carb high good fat!

Hm yes, I know about that book, but I have found an article disputing her claims, not saying I believe said article per se, but I would like to actually read some articles for myself. And obviously I have used the search bar, but didnโ€™t find any actual studies. Hence the question

This one is quite interesting although I can only get the abstract and from 1994!
