I’ve had a box of these in the cabinet for a while for quick meal replacement and today they are just looking SO GOOD. The box says “only 4 net carbs!” but when I look at the ingredients I get more like 16 net carbs. (27 carbs, 11 fiber).
Any idea how they’re getting away with advertising 4 net carbs? What am I missing?
Anyway, I decided to treat myself and allow 1/2 of the bar. Yuck - too sweet! I never in my life thought I’d say those words!
