Pull in chest when I eat carbs/oysters

#1

After going so long without any carbs (aside from avocados, tomatoes, onion etc) I experience a strong pull in my heart/chest area when I eat carbs like potatoes. I recently tried oysters for a way of getting iron into my diet. I realized they had carbs but I did not expect to feel that same pull in my chest upon eating them. I only ate 3 raw. I did try a clam raw the other day but did not experience the same effect. It was quite a tiny little neck clam though. Is it really possible the carbs in the oysters could affect me this way? Is my head just playing tricks on me because I was scared of the carbs in them? I really don’t think it was but I guess it’s possible. According to the internet there is anywhere from 0.8g -2.5 in 1 oyster and I ate 3.

That’s a 100% ignoreable amount of carbs even for a strict keto’r.

That’s the most likely answer, never underestimate the nocebo effect.
