Psoriasis and Carnivore WOE

Has anyone had success fighting psoriasis by eating carnivore?

My brother, who is not on this forum, has had success with carnivore and healing his psoriasis. It is not completely gone but a HUGE improvement. He won’t give up his vices, including smoking and drinking. I believe if he did, his psoriasis would be completely cleared up at this point. The minute he falls off the carnivore wagon, his psoriasis gets instantly worse. He has be be very strict with it.

Oh yes. Mine went also straight away. I had it from elbow to wrist on both arms, heavy too. The odd thing was it actually got worse initially then vanished almost overnight and has never returned.
But that all happened with just strict Keto!
I had eczema too, that too vanished but now comes and goes.

I didn’t do Carnivore for long but when I was strict keto for 4yrs my scalp psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis was nearly non-existant.
