Hi. Trying to help a friend with her protein intake. She says she’s still hungry and has maxed her protein intake, could it be she’s not eating enough fat?

Sounds like she is only counting / using fat in her meat rather than adding fat on top…cook it in butter, add butter olive oil or mayonnaise! Eat more fat until you are fat adapted and start using your own body fat for fuel.

That’s what I’ve told her over and over. I think she just has a “fat fear”.
