Protein Powders and Low/Non Dairy Keto

I have a 2 fold question:

  1. Are there any Keto friendly protein powders that I can incorporate into my day?

  2. Also, my husband is a little dairy sensitive, and is starting on Keto today. Is he stuck just eating meat meat meat?? What kind of low/no dairy snacks/recipes are your favorites?

I use Jay Robb Enterprises Egg White Protein Powder. 4g of Carbs and 24g protein. As far as the dairy sensitive goes is it with all dairy products or are there ones that his body is able to tolerate more? My favorite go to snacks are Almonds and Walnuts and even a Green Bell Pepper.

There are some by Garden of Life and also Sunwarrior. Dominic D’Agostino recommends some for vegans but I’ve stupidly just deleted that page.

I use collagen protein powder. 11g protein, 40 cal, no carbs.
