Wow! That means I would only be able to eat about 32g of protein per day for my size and LBM. That seems crazy low!!!

My protein macro is 106 g, which would equate to a little over 12 oz. of meat per day. That seems reasonable to me and probably approximates my daily average over the last year without the benefit of measuring.

Yes - of course as always it varies for each person, and by age (less as you get older), but I think the take away
is that for the most part people generally tend to overeat Protein.
