Protein/exogenous supp for lean muscle mass gains

God’s blessings to all my ketonian family this morning! Hey I’m in search of a good brand of grass fed whey protein isolate to take after my work outs as a recovery drink. Hope my way of thinking is right. My strategy is one cup of coffee/MCT oil powder before workout and once I get ahold the right protein powder have it about 1 hr after my workout. I’m trying to gain lean muscle mass after losing so much fat🙏 has anyone here of keto meal?

I suggest to use a blend of isolate and casein, you can also use bone broth protein shake, isolate by itself can spike insulin levels.

I like to mix raw eggs with heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract in my blender bottle. But usually I just eat real food post workout.

That’s a really good idea! I don’t do dairy so I can try almond milk instead I guess or coconut butter

I don’t do anything specific post or pre workout but am gaining muscle quite nicely.

41 female and stopped tracking a couple of months ago. Used to aim for 89g protein, under 20 net carbs with fat adjusted depending on activity.
