Alright Ive been craving this for a while now but Its time I work with yall on this project I have?
I want too create a recipe for a Keto Gronola/Cereal/trail Mix/Muesli
while keeping it super low carb!
Something I can have a good 2 handfuls of before a endurance race,or serve with so almond milk,or just shove a fistful after meals if I am craving something
Here are the ingredients I have access too or plan too use
Item: Net carbs: per 1 ounce
Pecans 1.1
Flax seed .5 (The bulk of the mix since lowest carb item)
Brazil nuts 1.3
Chia seed 1.7
cinnamon 0
**" (custom flour I am making)
Thinking about using eggs and a mixture of 3 ingredients too make a low carb flour made 1 ounce pork rind/1/2 ounce mashed pecans/1/2 ounce flaxseed and a little gaur gum
totaling <1 carb per 2 ounces and mixing it with some egg too make like some crispy biscuit type confection "
(mixed seperatly with other ingredients)**
Stevia sweetner
1/4 ounce bakers bar chocalate
all mixed into a bag
any other low carb ingredients that are cheap and will add bulk for lower carb:bigger amount (nutritional yeast,etc other stuff I have not thought of)?
