So it’s been a while since I have posted and just wanted to update everyone. I started my journey in the beginning of February-ish and as of today I am at 202. I have been doing a IF and drinking around 2-3 cups of straight black coffee and water during my fasting time. I’ve noticed this week that I have been stuck around 205-202 and my last weight that I was stuck at was around 217. Any tips on how to power through these milestones? I have weigh-ins in two weeks and some change and want to be around 196.

No one will be able to advise you without more information. What are you eating typically, what’s your goal weight? How tall and old are you? Do you have medical issues that you’re dealing with besides wanting to lose weight? Medications? You’re sure you’re not restricting calories or over exercising, dealing with heavy stress? All this stuff could cause you to stall for a time. And plateaus aren’t necessary stalls. Weight loss isn’t linear. There will be periods of stabilizing and recomposition and fat loss going on. You want to look at long term trends. A stall is considered 6-8 weeks without loss. Not two or three weeks.
