Well there’s the cause of this persons metabolism being screwed up and it’s been caused by conventional advice, certainly not keto related. Sad that some people will be misled by this crap.
I can’t even read this crap anymore. Really does my head in.
I don’t take advice from anyone who isn’t SOMEONE in the world of Keto because every other idiot is pushing their own agenda and selling their own version of what they think I should be doing. Stuff that.
