Preparing for combat. Need help

I am 23 and don’t have a Facebook account. But I have a page in this forum and that has enabled me to communicate with people who understand abd who empathise with my problems, who offer solutions, give a good scolding if necessary or send warm words of solidarity and sympathy.
But I’ll panic nevertheless. I’m like that broken radio that plays the same tune over and over again. I start my fitness journey from tomorrow. I’ll use my dumbbells, do light jogging and hiit. But I need a battlerope. Nah, I want a battle rope. And they’re expensive. And I don’t get fire hose here. Suggest some diy method. How much should a battlerope weight? Can I make it with thik nylon ropes?

Start with what you’ve got, get yourself into a regular exercise routine, get comfortable with it, then decide what else you would like.

When I started out I just used canned food from the cupboards as basic weights :joy:

I love my power block set. I have the Stage-III U90 set. My home gym has a Lifefitness E3, A Spirit rucumbant bike, flat/incline adjustable bench, dip bar, resistance bands, and the Powerblock U-90 Stage-III set and curl bar.
