Is it ok to drink these shakes. Just bought them and don’t want to throw away
Premier protein shake
I think it is better to eat clean food in it’s natural state than anything processed. You can get sufficient protein in what you eat (don’t forget about including ample fats). This will help with your hunger and cravings.
Can you give your packets away?
Thanks. My wife said Costco will take them back. Your right about processed food this is the 1st time I did this since Keto in 10 months. Don’t have a clue why I bought.
Water, Premier Protein® Shake Protein Blend (Milk Protein Concentrate, Calcium Caseinate, Whey Protein Concentrate), Cocoa Powder (processed with alkali), Contains 1% or less of the following: High Oleic Sunflower Oil, Inulin, Cellulose Gel and Cellulose Gum, Magnesium Phosphate, DATEM, Salt, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, Carrageenan, Vitamin and Mineral Blend (Sodium Ascorbate [Vitamin C], dl-alpha Tocopheryl Acetate [Vitamin E], Zinc Amino Acid Chelate, Biotin, Vitamin A Palmitate, Niacinamide, Potassium Iodide, Copper Amino Acid Chelate, Calcium D-Pantothenate, Chromium Chloride, Cyanocobalamin [Vitamin B12], Phytonadione [Vitamin K], Sodium Molybdate, Sodium Selenite, Folic Acid, Cholecalciferol [Vitamin D3], Pyridoxine Hydrochloride [Vitamin B6], Thiamine Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2]), Ferric Orthophosphate, Manganese Sulfate, Tripotassium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Sodium Polyphosphate.
Junk. Costco sells better options: look at Optimum Nutrition and even MusclePharm. Powdered versions. Typically the pre-mixed drinks test much higher in heavy metals than you’d want.
Obviously regular food is king, but some people do need to supplement and that’s fine. Just get a better product is all.
Awesome!
Let me guess, I bet they were marketed/packaged beautifully and you thought you were doing a good thing for yourself? The “diet” industry is no joke. They pull out all the stops to hook us. I see now where one of the major commercial diet plans where you buy the food is now selling keto. There is nothing they can sell us prepackaged that we can’t make ourselves - and better.
