Prebiothrive prebiotic and Dr Gundry

I’m totally embarrassed that before this WOE (6months ago) I ordered 4 big tubs of this stuff. Started taking it and it really just caused digestive issues. I didn’t see a benefit. But now that I’m a fat burner, do you see ANY reason I should try to use up the 4 containers? Good or bad idea?

gelacto-Saccharides=milk sweetner. Inulin=soluble fiber. Gums=thickeners. Flaxseed are pretty ok.

So basically it’s just soluble fiber.
