I was taking powdered greens and kind of got told off here. Also, I’ve been told that on keto we don’t really need vegetables. (Dr. Atkins said the same thing–that he was including veggies in his diet plan because they add variety and texture.) And the powdered greens I have contain fruits (acai berries, etc.) and sweeteners, which make the mixture taste gross in my opinion.

“Real” powdered greens - where you dry them and grind them down to a powder - probably great for you (but taste bad).

Powdered greens made by a company with a profit motive (and therefore a motive to play with the formula and labeling to make the numbers look good and the product taste good) - probably not great for you. As well, they will have your money and you won’t.
