Hi! I’m interested in keto but I have Hoshimotos and read that one needs glucose to convert T4 to T3 ( my T3 is already low). I’m 44, been Hoshi’s for 9 years, gluten and dairy free for about 8. Also cut out grains in the last year. Workout 6 days a week and still struggle with weight. Anyone here have Hoshi’s and successful with it??
(Potential) Newbie hoping for info on Keto success/benefits with Hashimoto's

Hi @Sammi1195, if you type in “Hashimotos” into the search bar, lots of posts come up that would probably be helpful to you. Good luck!
