- Wake up around 6 am
- Trading the stock market 6 am - 11 am
- Break fast around 12 pm
- Work at 2 pm - 10:30 pm
- Second Meal @ 4 pm
- Last Meal @ 8 pm
- Workout @ 11 pm
Goal is to get sub 10% body fat and add a lot of dense volume to muscles.
I have read all about how the best time to workout is a couple hours before you break your fast.
What I would like to know is will I be working against myself with this schedule? Will working out after 3 hours after my eating window has closed and not having a post workout meal be detrimental to achieving my goals?
