I just used my food processer to crush a large bag of pork rinds to use as coating for cooking chicken, etc. I was wondering if the crushed pork rinds need to be kept in the refrigerator? While on the subject, does almond flour require refrigeration also???

We usually keep the pork rinds out of the fridge and the almond flour in the freezer. Part of that is because almond flour is high in PUFAs, which oxidize easily, and part is because we use pork rinds way faster than almond flour.
It’s like when I buy cashew “milk” or some other esoteric thing we don’t use that often: I freeze it.

Nope and Nope! If you use a specific type of pork rind keep doing what you’re doing, I’ve found this WAY cheaper!
