I Just noticed that The sweetener I use (a blend of erythritol And stevia) contains 99g of polyols for 100g. What dose It Mean?
And how many net carbs are in 100g?

Sugar alcohols are a type of carbohydrates “ polyols " and include erythritol, maltitol, sorbitol, xylitol among others.
You can tell the net carbs by which type of sugar alcohol there using,
what are the ingredients?
Sugar alcohols vary in digestibility. Some, like erythritol, can be subtracted out completely. Others, like Xylitol and Maltitol, still have over 2 calories per gram, so should really only be half-subtracted.
I would say net carbs were zero.
