I just like that you used “couldn’t care less” rather than the oft wrongly used “could care less”.
Call them Primal. This is ancestral stuff, folks.
Often they follow the Primal Blueprint as described by marksdailyapple.com
I hope that it’s not just a dietary matter, that’s so limiting.
It can be a whole ancestral approach to lifestyle, part of which is eating the way our bodies were designed (keto being the default; carbs being a recent fad). Well, there are a lot of other activities, approaches, and philosophy that are ancestral as well. Grok on!
I returned my audiobooks version of primal blueprint as it was so not keto friendly. There were aspects, but not enough to warrant me paying for it.
Human. Because our species has been eating this was WAAAAAAY longer than the current mainstream way of eating.
Occasionally… fat-head.
Funny, I got that without paying for it, from signing up on his email list…
Primal is a Paleo offshoot folks. Ancestrally fruit & root vegetables were sparse and seasonal. In the Fall you put on weight to last through the Winter. Otherwise, Keto ruled.
Fat is the storage battery that you run off. But it does need to be recharged now and then, like any other battery.
No offence, but this is what I think the Paleo and Primal rule book looks like:
Keto instead can be summarized into a haiku (thanks @richard !)
Ketopian.
I like it because it combines keto + utopia.
And we sure need more words that rhyme with Ethiopian.
I call them KetoEato.
(no, I don’t. I don’t really call them (us) anything).
(I’m coming round to Ketopian though).
“Ketonian” sounds somehow too close to “Newtonian” or “Keynsian” (and is therefore confusing).
@fiorella acronym for SMART = suck my arse rat turd? Goodness my mind is too offensive sometimes…
I use “ketoer” but everything sounds awkward. Like there’s no perfect word for it
