Thanks, never heard about it and sounds nice… With some modifications because of my tastes. I just can’t imagine using 1 oz meat, that’s, like, nothing, it sublimates before I can mix it in or something. Onions… Why didn’t I ever think about it…?

Carmelized onions are manna from heaven, especially where eggs are beef are concerned. But, personally, I’d add a sprinkle of sharp cheddar cheese shavings–the other manna.

Carnivore changes me quickly so I very rarely eat very little onions as it’s a super sweet vegetable but it was a huge fav of mine… But I still enjoy some here and there. Maybe not after stricter carni times. But I kind of could enjoy beetroot lately (I have a beetroot juice pickled eggs phase now, my eggs are beutiful like that :D) so onions are fine now.

When I was a kid, I didn’t eat scrambled eggs with onion (well okay I did that too…), I ate fried onion with a tiny bit of egg in it (1-2 big onions, one egg)… I couldn’t eat that now but it’s just perfect for my carb intake. I trained and changed myself well. Still have things to do but I don’t consume huge amounts of vegetable carbs anymore, it’s something.
