Pls tell me what you eat for a day so I have ideas

I use MFP to track down my macros. For example today, my total carbs is 35 grams, fiber is 12 grams. So my net carbs is 23 grams right? Should I be worried about my total or net carbs? I usually get my carbs from the veggies I eat like cabbage, asparagus, jicama and bok choy. Or when I crave something like pizza, I use almond flour. I am almost 3 weeks in this lifestyle change.

My protein is at 66 grams
My fat is at 124 grams.

Am I doing this correctly? Pls give me ideas on what you eat the whole day.

9:30 Breakfast 2 eggs, 3 bacon, 2oz cheddar
1:30 Lunch 8oz Ribeye, 6 cherry tomatos, blue cheese
6:30 Dinner 6oz Roasted chicken, 1/8 cup cooked spinach, tbsp butter

I also have 1.5 tbsp coconut oil in coffee in the afternoon, after lunch.

This is a sample menu. I basically just switch off on the meats everyday and may include italian sausage, salmón, canned tuna, lamb and more…

This menú is about 1600 calories: 70% fat, 20 proteín, 5 carbs.
