i have been on a keto diet for 6-7 weeks now, bellow 20 carbs
i feel like i am fat adabted, i havent felt this good in years, i have sick amount of energy now compared to before. yesterday i went on a 2hour run and 1hour strenght and conditioning and played poker online for like 5-6 hours. If my body ran on glycose from sugar and carbs i would not have been able to do that right?
yesterday i ate
Dinner: stake and bacon with salat lots of cheese, lots of butter with mayoneese. (mayoneese have 0,5g carbs witch are sugar) one can of coke zero
Snack: handfull of peanuts and cashew nuts
Lunch: salmon with egg, brocoly, cauliflower and salat. hollandaisesaus made from eggs. one can of pepsi max
Breakfast: minced meat from svine with 4 eggs and big ass salat. lots of oil and some hollandaisesaus made from eggs.
i drank about 5 liters of water.
why when i wake up in the morning almost 12 hours from last meal have i no ketosis (on stix)???


the meat i eat is at most 1gcarbs per 100grams, the sause i use is 2g per 100g i use max 30g per meal, so i know i cant possible eat over 20carbs. but thanks for fast answer man
is it posible that i am so fat adabted now, that my body is not wasting any ketones and thats why my sticks are blanck?
as long as i feel great and nothing but healthy fats and green leafs enter my body i will not worry. i dont have the money for that meter or go to hospital or check. Thats why this site is a life saver to me, you guys are mutch appriciatet!
