Plateau - what now?!

Hey All!!

So I have been feeling great and sleeping like a baby. I was making great progress and then have been sitting at 140 for nearly a week now. I am wondering if I need to switch up anything? Any help would be fantastic as I am loving this thus far and do not want to get discouraged.

Heh, a week is not a plateau. Not even remotely. What to do? Keep calm and keto on.

A week is not a plateau, months would be a plateau. If you’re feeling good, keep doing what you’re doing.

Thanks!!! As a newbie, I’m still not sure what to expect :roll_eyes: but never thought I’d feel so awesome eating all the bacon and cheese!

Right! I totally understand how you feel you are platauing, especially at the beginning :blush: I felt my body was sort of resting a bit sometimes, but went on again.

Keep calm and keto on is what everyone is saying and honestly, at the end of the day its the best advice that can be given. Still I think its normal that we sort of want to see results, especially when we just started and are excited. Give it a bit more time and I am sure you will see scale victories again.
